"For Head Office Just ordered food didn't get my garlic pizza bread even though I paid and gave £2 extra to driver for it. Driver was nice. Called the shop to ask about missing item and was met with a man laughing acting stupid, I had a driver once stand there with the food in the bag and tell me his other hand is busy because he is holding a receipt and I should open the bag and take my order myself. When I said it's your job he laughed. What's wrong with you people? I want my refund for my missing items and will not be ordering again. I have had multiple issues with many orders, sauces, drinks, sides, toppings. Shame on the shop owner! Avoid this branch at all costs!!!!!!!"

"Ordered a pizza had to cancel it quickly and the shop stole my money and charged me the whole price of the pizza and didn’t receive anything ! Called the restaurant and they said it aint there fault i advise you to order a REAL pizza franchise such as Papa johns or Dominoes or Pizza hut :)"

"Second time I order and second disappointment I got. The first time, like a year and a half or 2 years ago, it took 2 hours and a half to bring the pizza that was cold. I had to call the restaurant a couple of times for updates. This time, I order the pizza at 11:40, estimated delivery is 12:40 to 13:00. I waited all that time until 13:05 and called. The guy asked me for my post code and said oh no we can't deliver because we have issues with the system and the drivers... Well the order was accepted and the money taken. I am like, why didn't you call me but let me wait for an hour and a half? That was dismissed."

"Used to order from this place regularly for quite sometime as used to be good most times. But they do not like to to be told when they've made a bad pizza as you just can't call them to tell them that. As customers, you pay for a well made and good pizza and have a right to tell them when they've not done so but they just simply don't like it when it happens and just don't want to listen and end up being extremely rude when called to tell them. Tops Pizza really need to look into who they're letting buy and run the franchise as they will be losing a lot of business as these local businesses won't last if they carry on with this attitude towards loyal customers as I had been."
