Domino's Pizza - London - Hillingdon

"We ordered 4 large pizzas and side and it showed it's will be delivered in 35 minutes and after that it showed as delivered and we dint receive anything. We tried calling the branch for 30 minutes and no reply. When we reach the branch and complaint they say its still on the way and it had left 08:55pm and it was 9:55pm when we were in the store complaining. And they said it's in way an it's reaching in ten minutes. And while we argued with the branch 20 mins it wasn't still delivered. They just wanted to Rob us. While there was no pizza prepared or sent out for delivery. Even two hours after it showed delivered."

"I am writing to express my disappointment with the pizza I received from your store on 22/01/2023 at 19:45. I have been a regular customer of Domino's for some time, but my recent experience has left me dissatisfied. The pizza I received was cold and the cheese was overcooked and hard. I could not taste the sauce at all, even though I had requested extra sauce. This is the second time that I have encountered this issue with your store. I also had issues with the customer service, the staff seemed complacent and inattentive. I would appreciate if you could look into this matter and take the necessary steps to improve the quality of service and food at your store. I would also appreciate if you could offer me a resolution or compensation for the issues I have encountered. "If u enjoy pizza with no cheese on it, this is the place to go, I spent nearly £20 on a large pizza that had a decent amount of topping, but with literally no cheese. Maybe they thought there was enough cheese in the stuffed crust to warrant not putting any on the actual pizza. I won't be a returning customer, should of maybe read the reviews first."

"Slow delivery and constantly given multi stories in the same conservation about the whereabouts for my pizza to arrive cold nearly 30mins after the app said it had been despatched. Given the excuse it was peak times, so I should expect a delay to the delivery."

"Chicken wings, lack any favour. I got thin and 'crispy', certainly not crispy, not the hottest either and apparently they don't come into building to deliver to flats, you have to go and get it from them which is ridiculous. Enjoy a oven pizza from Tesco more at a fraction of the cost!"
